Bearcats bounce back; bounce Huskies from BB&T

The Bearcats had three days off to mull their situation after losing two games in a row following a 16-game winning streak. Reds stockpiling highly-ranked prospects

Coming off their third straight 90-plus loss season, the Reds appear to be headed for more of the same as their roster remains in full-rebuild mode. The future looks promising, however, as several prospects the Reds have drafted and acquired through trades were successful in the minor leagues. With nowhere else to hide, the long-awaited press conference from Astros owner Jim Crane and the rest of the Houston Astros finally transpired this morning. The time to win is now

In 2017, the Reds finished in last place for the third time in a row. Fans were getting impatient and wanted to see a change. The front office was adamant on building their team around home-grown talent rather than spending money in the free agent market. They banked on players like Billy Hamilton, Scott Schebler and Adam Duvall to make significant improvements while veterans like Joey Votto and Homer Bailey would provide the leadership those young guys needed in order to grow.
